Job summary

SoftCo is seeking an Analyst Relations & Partnerships Executive to support the CMO in driving analyst relations and strategic partnerships. The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and nurturing key relationships to increase SoftCo's visibility and growth.

You will manage analyst submissions, co-marketing initiatives, and partner enablement. Hybrid work in Dublin includes in-office days and collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Partnerships, Marketing or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
• Understanding of SaaS business models, partner ecosystems and B2B technology partnerships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Analyst Relations strategy with market research, analyst briefings, inquiries and submissions (e.g., Gartner, IDC).
• Coordinate partnerships, co-marketing, and GTM initiatives with partners and events.
• Track performance metrics, reports, and pipeline from partnerships and analyst engagements.
• Create content for partnership initiatives including co-branded materials and case studies.
