Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking an AML Manager in Ireland to lead high-profile AML engagements for financial services clients, including regulator-mandated investigations. The role is hybrid, with time split between home and one of four offices in Ireland.

You will run AML projects, manage client relationships, supervise juniors and contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of AML experience in professional services or regulated FS.
• Understanding of Central Bank of Ireland expectations in practice.
• Professional AML qualifications such as ACAMS or ACA are valued.
• Knowledge of FS sub-sectors: banking, funds, payments, insurance.
• Strong communication, organisation and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML assignments including regulatory change programmes and regulator-mandated investigations.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality AML services across the client base.
• Coach and develop junior team members to grow capabilities.
• Support business development with proposals and thought leadership.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and broaden governance/enterprise risk expertise.
