Job summary

Morgan McKinley is sourcing a Compliance and AML Manager for a leading global asset manager in Dublin. The role focuses on AML/CTF, sanctions and financial crime, with MLRO responsibilities across Ireland and Luxembourg.

You will work reporting to the Head of Compliance, manage risk-based monitoring, oversight of delegates, and provide regulatory advice for fund launches and business changes, in a hybrid Dublin environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in funds compliance or financial crime within an asset manager or similar vehicle.
• Strong AML/CTF expertise with knowledge of Irish/EU regulations and CDD.
• Experience acting as Deputy MLRO or supporting MLRO is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML/CTF oversight, sanctions, and investor due diligence (CDD).
• Oversee compliance and financial crime monitoring; conduct reviews and investigations.
• Draft regulatory and financial crime reports for Boards and committees.
• Provide practical regulatory advice for fund launches and business changes.
