Job summary

Lincoln Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced MLRO (PCF-52) for an EU entity in Ireland. The role covers ownership of the AML/CFT programme, regulatory reporting, and liaison with authorities. Hybrid work arrangement requires 1 day in the office per week.

You will lead audits, coordinate with Central Bank of Ireland and FIU Ireland, and collaborate with group compliance to embed Irish requirements. Strong regulatory engagement and data analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive AML/CFT knowledge and 5+ years in a senior compliance/MLRO role.
• Familiarity with Irish laws: Criminal Justice Acts 2010-2021 and EU AML directives.
• Proven track record of engaging with Central Bank of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Own the Irish AML/CFT programme end to end.
• Act as designated MLRO (PCF52) for reporting STRs to FIU Ireland and ROS.
• Liaise with Central Bank of Ireland, FIU Ireland, banks, and other authorities.
