Located in Dublin, Dublin One by Axiom Hospitality seeks a passionate Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, work with the Head Chef on prep, service and menu execution, and mentor the team. The role requires hands-on leadership, strict hygiene, and a flexible 40-hour weekly roster.

You will oversee daily prep and service, ensuring every plate meets high standards while fostering a supportive, energetic work culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy hotel kitchen.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior chefs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
• Fast learner with high standards of food quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with menu development and costing.
• Oversee daily food prep, service execution and kitchen management.
• Mentor line cooks and ensure cleanliness, safety and high standards.
