Job summary

The Wright Group have an opening for a Kitchen Porter in The Marqette Food Hall & Bar in terminal 1 Dublin Airport. You will help the kitchen run smoothly by cleaning, washing pots and pans, unloading deliveries and keeping work areas tidy and sanitised.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen porter or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to work early shifts (3am) and five days over seven.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic cleaning tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Collect and wash pots, pans and crockery.
• Keep storeroom organised and surfaces sanitised.
• Assist with unloading deliveries.
• Support food preparation when required.
