Job summary

Allied Irish Banks (AIB) invites graduates to join a 23-month UK/Ireland programme. You will gain exposure to Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Banking and other teams, delivering data-driven insights and supporting strategic decisions across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and international markets.

You’ll learn on the job, rotate across teams, and receive mentoring, professional qualifications and structured learning to build a long-term career in financial services.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the programme.

What You’ll Do

AIB UK supports business customers across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and internationally.

Through our Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Banking, Asset Based Lending and Business Banking teams, we help organisations grow, invest and achieve their strategic goals.

As an AIB UK Graduate, you'll help transform information into meaningful insights that support customers, improve business performance and contribute to strategic decision‑making across the organisation.

Data sits at the heart of modern banking. Throughout the programme you'll develop skills in:

Entry Requirements:

Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.

Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2027 – August 2029).
