Northern Trust in Ireland seeks a Program Manager to lead the integrated delivery of a major strategic programme involving artificial intelligence, automation and emerging technologies. You will establish the programme structure, roadmap, and governance, ensuring clear oversight of outcomes, dependencies, risks, resources and costs.

The role requires strong experience in cross-functional leadership, translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, and managing governance forums.

Formación

• Strong programme-management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading programmes comprising multiple projects, workstreams or delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the programme-management approach, integrated plan and governance structure.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, technology, operations and control functions.
• Ensure programme-level risks, dependencies and decisions are identified, owned and escalated.
• Develop options and recommendations for delivery trade-offs and executive decisions.
