Job summary

SAP SE in Dublin seeks a senior leader in business process consulting and AI/ML strategy to drive complex transformation programmes across SAP landscapes. You’ll design process frameworks, govern end-to-end solution implementations, mentor consultants, and spearhead disruptive change management.

You will architect and deploy AI/ML use cases in SAP solutions, including LLM-powered copilots, RAG apps, and Knowledge Graphs, leveraging Joule Studio, Vector Engine, and Datasphere to deliver

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML within SAP, with experience in LLMs, RAG, and Knowledge Graph integration.
• Experience building and deploying SAP Joule Copilots and Assistants, and using Joule Studio for No Code/Pro Code development.
• Strong ability to lead complex transformation programmes and mentor consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business process consulting engagements and govern evaluation of industry trends.
• Oversee business process mapping, requirements definition, and transition planning aligned to business objectives.
• Direct change management efforts and drive end-to-end solution implementation and configuration.
• Design and integrate advanced AI/ML use cases in SAP solutions with SAP Joule tools.
