Job summary

Dunnes Stores is seeking a Experienced Technical Program Manager / PMO to lead AI governance initiatives in Ireland. You will coordinate governance forums, manage use-case intake, and align risk, privacy and security with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience as Technical Program Manager / PMO with governance focus.
Strong stakeholder management across business and control functions.
Comfortable operating in structured approval and risk environments.
Excellent organisation, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience in AI, data, or digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate AI Governance Forum meetings, prepare agendas and maintain decisions.
Manage AI Use Case intake, approvals, and documentation templates.
Coordinate risk, privacy, security reviews and sign-offs.
Oversee delivery pipelines from idea to rollout and track dependencies.
Engage business stakeholders and AI champions to shape use cases.
Monitor initiatives and report governance status.
