Job summary

Dunnes Stores is seeking an AI Programme Manager to coordinate governance, delivery and oversight of AI initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will lead governance across a growing portfolio of AI use cases, partnering with business, technology, risk, and external partners to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

• Experience in governance across large programmes and risk controls.
• Strong PMO background with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Proven stakeholder management across business and control functions.
• Experience in AI, data, or digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI Governance Forum meetings, agendas and materials.
• Maintain decisions, approvals and action logs; ensure auditable records.
• Manage AI intake, DPIA, and trial evaluation templates for approvals.
• Track AI workstreams; resolve blockers with delivery partners.
• Engage with legal, risk, privacy, security, and architecture for reviews.
• Provide guidance on governance processes and approvals to stakeholders.
