Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is recruiting a Product Manager (AI & Data) in Dublin for a hybrid, permanent role. You will define product strategy for an AI governance platform, translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver measurable impact.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B/enterprise SaaS product management, hands-on AI product experience, and a strong grasp of AI governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering complex products from concept to launch.
• Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-enabled products.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and responsible AI.
• Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with enterprise customers' security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute quarterly roadmaps aligned to objectives.
• Prioritise features by impact, value, feasibility.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis.
• Translate governance needs into user stories and criteria.
• Maintain a structured backlog.
• Drive MVP releases with rapid iteration.
• Partner with Engineering on architecture and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Design for enterprise UX.
• Align Sales, CS, leadership around priorities.
• Define and track product metrics.
• Use analytics to validate hypotheses.
• Drive continuous improvement with qualitative and quantitative insights.
