Ministry Brands' Galway R&D hub is seeking a Product Manager – AI to shape how artificial intelligence is embedded across our product portfolio. You will own Amplify Equip and work with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI capabilities responsibly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with AI-focused shipping experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI models, tooling, and prompt design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI product lifecycle: ideation to launch across the portfolio.
• Track AI landscape, models, tooling, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to launch AI capabilities responsibly.
• Engage with customers for feedback and champion responsible AI practices.
