Job summary

Notion in Dublin is seeking an Outcomes Architect to partner with customers and drive adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a named account portfolio. Qualifications

3+ years driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software.
Fluent French language skills required.
Strong discovery, workflow mapping, and implementation planning abilities.
Technical comfort with Notion workspaces and workflows.
Commercial mindset for renewal risk, expansion, and account strategy.
Proven program and stakeholder management capabilities.
Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new tools.

Responsibilities

Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
Contribute to net revenue retention with renewal and expansion plans.
Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts.
Define mutual success plans guiding customers through AI transformation and ROI reviews.
Lead use-case discussions to uncover new workflow opportunities.
Coordinate with Services for complex implementations and ensure value delivery.
