Job summary

Dotmatics, a Siemens company, is seeking a Head of AI Governance to provide strategic leadership for responsible and compliant AI use across the organisation.

You will coordinate across HR, Information Security, Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Quality to embed governance throughout the SDLC and interface with Siemens colleagues to mature joint frameworks. This role demands deep technical credibility and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15–20 years in information security, technology risk management, data governance, or compliance.
• 5–8 years in AI/ML governance.
• Life Sciences (GxP) sector experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with governance councils and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a comprehensive AI Governance Framework.
• Maintain an AI use case registry and risk tiering.
• Collaborate across HR, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Quality.
• Represent Dotmatics with the Siemens AI Governance Consortium.
• Create AI governance policies, SOPs, and training.
• Produce management reporting and dashboards.
• Respond to customer RFIs and due diligence inquiries.
