Gong is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in Ireland to help acquire new customers and build fans for our AI-powered revenue platform. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to close, while guiding customers through complex deals with a strategic, value-driven approach.

As part of Gong's global sales team, you will master discovery, become a trusted business partner for prospects, and drive growth in a fast-paced startup environment that rewards initiative and hard work.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English required in written and spoken form.
• 1+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience selling a platform solution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and top performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospects from lead to close.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition to prospects.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
• Run and implement pilot programs.
• Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quarterly quotas.
