Job summary

Fin is seeking a Technology Enablement Program Manager to sit at the intersection of IT and every team. You will run onboarding journeys, lead awareness campaigns, and build an education program that scales with AI-first technology.

This is a people-first, end-to-end program role reporting to IT leadership and partnering with HR, Ops and product teams. You will design communications, drive adoption, measure impact, and stay ahead of AI-enabled workplace tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Management, Learning & Development or Employee Enablement.
• Proven track record running onboarding, education or awareness programs end-to-end.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management: across levels, partners, and leaders.
• Self-directed and autonomous by nature you own your space.
• Proven project and program management fundamentals across multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced tech environments with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive and evolve Fin’s IT Onboarding program for new hires at scale.
• Design and deliver IT awareness and education campaigns for tools and AI platforms.
• Lead adoption for new technology rollouts with enablement and training.
• Shape IT communications strategy across the business for clarity and impact.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to prioritise IT Education.
• Measure adoption, engagement and effectiveness; iterate with data feedback.
• Stay at the leading edge of AI and workplace tooling; advocate best practices.
