Accenture Dublin seeks a Strategy & Growth Consultant to join the Accenture SongService practice. You will work in high-performing teams on large-scale transformation programmes, applying AI and digital tech to improve customer experiences and drive lasting relationships.

Your focus includes AI & Digital Transformation, Customer-Centricity, and interpersonal collaboration, with responsibilities from shaping roadmaps to delivering measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in design and delivery of customer impacting transformations or front-office operating model change.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Experience in management consulting is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and frameworks.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or personalization initiatives is desirable.
