Job summary

Amundi Ireland Limited is seeking a Product Implementation Consultant to join the Corporate Applications team. The role focuses on end-to-end deployment of enterprise tools across international sites, coordinating with IT managers, R&D and business sponsors to ensure rigorous, high-quality rollouts.

You will lead planning, configuration, UAT, training and go-live, applying the GATES framework to assess readiness and coordinating with global teams to deliver at scale.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software implementation, business analysis or IT project management roles
• Experience in Asset Management or Financial Services
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMP, Prince2 or similar)

Responsibilities

• Conduct country needs assessments to identify gaps and validate the business case for each tool deployment
• Execute end-to-end deployment projects: planning, configuration, UAT coordination, training and go-live
• Apply and maintain the GATES assessment framework to evaluate product readiness prior to deployment
• Coordinate with R&D teams to prepare deployment packages and runbooks
• Facilitate Project Committee meetings and produce regular status reporting across the deployment portfolio
• Manage stakeholder communications across countries, business sponsors and IT teams
• Ensure smooth handover to Support post go-live, with appropriate documentation and training
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment methods, packages and reusable frameworks
• Support security processes as required per deployment
