Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in Dublin seeks an AI Deployment Manager to support a life sciences project, delivering AI-enabled content solutions and strategic decks. You will pilot deployments, assess AI tools, and design modular content architectures to boost quality, speed and scalability.

The role requires experience in content operations, digital transformation, and regulated content processes within pharma or healthcare; familiarity with translation workflows and content governance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in content operations, content supply chain management, digital transformation, or AI-enabled workflow implementation within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organisations.
• Proven experience evaluating, implementing, or managing AI, automation, generative AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of content modularisation, content reuse frameworks, localisation processes, translation workflows, and content governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage pilot and deployment of AI-enabled solutions for first drafts of strategic content deliverables.
• Assess AI, automation, and generative AI tools; identify priority use cases and opportunities to improve quality, speed, efficiency and scalability.
• Develop modular content strategies and reusable content architectures, including approved blocks and content reuse frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end content supply chain efficiency through automation and standardisation.
