Job summary

Disseqt AI is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers in Dublin, Ireland to drive the integration of our Agentic AI platform with top-tier financial services clients. You will bridge engineering and customer environments, enabling safe, scalable deployments and cutting-edge MLOps practices across on-prem and cloud setups.

Responsibilities include leading pre- and post-sales deployments, building robust CI/CD pipelines, and delivering live production deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Golang and Python for production-grade services.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Hands-on cloud deployment on (GCP/AWS) and on-prem setups.
• Familiarity with ML tooling (MLflow/ClearML) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical deployments for client environments for 3–12 months.
• Deploy and integrate the AI platform across cloud and on-prem ecosystems.
• Enable customers with scalable testing, security and governance practices.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and automate testing with agentic AI models.
• Develop core services in Golang and ML service layers in Python.
• Act as primary technical liaison with customers and partners.
