Job summary

Amundi Technology seeks a Product Implementation Consultant for its Corporate Applications team in Ireland. You will drive end-to-end deployments across multiple countries, coordinating with IT managers, R&D teams and business sponsors to ensure efficient execution and rigorous governance.

You will apply the GATES framework, manage deployment packages, and support post go-live handovers with documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software implementation, business analysis or IT project management roles.
• Experience in Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Dynamics CRM, Oracle Financials or similar enterprise platforms is beneficial but not essential.
• The role concerns the rollout of our proprietary in-house developed tools.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, Prince2 or similar).
• Degree or Masters in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct country needs assessments to identify gaps and validate the business case for each tool deployment.
• Execute end-to-end deployment projects: planning, configuration, UAT coordination, training and go-live.
• Apply and maintain the GATES assessment framework to evaluate product readiness prior to deployment.
• Coordinate with R&D teams to prepare deployment packages, (including AIassisted agents) and runbooks.
• Facilitate Project Committee meetings and produce regular status reporting across the deployment portfolio.
• Manage stakeholder communications across countries, business sponsors and IT teams.
• Ensure smooth handover to Support post go-live, with appropriate documentation and training.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment methods, packages and reusable frameworks.
