Job summary

Amundi Ireland Limited seeks an experienced Product Management & Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of active and white-label ETF launches from filing through to launch and events. You will coordinate across Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Distribution and external providers to ensure regulatory and market readiness.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in asset management, ETF operations and fund launches.
• Proven track record in delivering complex investment products.
• Strong cross-functional project management and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Global Project Manager leading end-to-end delivery of new ETF launches and related events.
• Coordinate Investment, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance, Distribution and other workstreams.
• Establish launch plans, milestones and readiness criteria; manage external providers.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs and launch documentation; monitor post-launch activities.
