Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT or business analysis for commercial or contracts systems.
• Knowledge of CLM concepts and commercial processes is desirable.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Tech product owners to support contracts and pricing systems.
• Analyze contract lifecycles and identify system improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms while ensuring compliance.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and production validation.
