Job summary

PE Global is recruiting an AI Deployment Manager for a leading multinational biotech client based in Dublin. This is a 3-month contract with a hybrid work arrangement. You will drive the deployment of AI-enabled solutions across Centralized Content projects to improve content creation, reuse and localisation.

You will assess tools, define priority use cases and build modular content plans, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure governance and scalable implementation across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in content operations or AI-enabled workflow implementation.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI, automation or generative AI solutions.
• Understanding of content modularisation, reuse and localisation processes.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare or life sciences is advantageous.
• Knowledge of regulated content and approval workflows is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead pilot of generative AI solutions for content creation and updates.
• Evaluate tools, define use cases and improve content development efficiency.
• Develop modular content plans and reusable architectures.
• Define tagging, maintenance and reuse principles for scale.
• Test AI-enabled localisation for approved materials and translation quality.
