Job summary

Diligent is seeking an AI Content Operations Specialist to scale high-quality content with AI support in Galway, Ireland. The role is in-person at least three days a week, partnering with Commercial & Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to turn ideas into usable content that supports sales cycles and internal teams.

You will own content lifecycle from concept to delivery and continuous improvement, leveraging AI for drafting, summarization, and iteration while ensuring accuracy,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in content development, sales enablement, instructional design, marketing, or a related field in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building plays, battlecards, decks, or eLearning programs.
• LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools experience.
• Strong visual and content design skills to simplify complex information.
• Experience using AI tools to increase speed, quality and scalability.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging content to support sales, partners, onboarding, internal teams, including presentations, guides, learning materials, internal communications, and visual assets.
• Use AI tools to generate first drafts, outlines, summaries, and variations, then refine for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Build content quickly and pragmatically, prioritizing usability and speed while content evolves.
• Own the lifecycle of content from intake to delivery and updates, ensuring materials are easy to find and current.
• Review and update existing content to improve clarity and alignment with priorities.
• Help organize content libraries and hubs so teams can quickly locate what they need.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts across Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Leadership.
