Job summary

AI Deployment Manager – Ireland, Dublin – Initial 4-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Are you looking for the chance to support a life changing pharmaceutical organisation in their mission to continuously drive innovation? We are recruiting for an AI Deployment Manager to support a project in Dublin on an initial 12-month contract.

What you’ll deliver:

• Manage the pilot and deployment of AI-enabled solutions to support the creation of first drafts for strategic story decks, congress updates, and other priority content deliverables.
• Assess AI, automation, and generative AI tools, identifying priority use cases, and evaluating opportunities to improve content quality, speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop modular content strategies and reusable content architectures, including approved content blocks, claims management approaches, and content reuse frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end content supply chain efficiency through automation, standardisation, and responsible AI adoption.

Experience required:

• Experience in content operations, content supply chain management, digital transformation, or AI-enabled workflow implementation within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organisations.
• Proven experience evaluating, implementing, or managing AI, automation, generative AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of content modularisation, content reuse frameworks, localisation processes, translation workflows, and content governance principles.
• Knowledge of medical communications, scientific content development, approval workflows, and regulated content processes would be advantageous.
