Job summary

LTM in Dublin is seeking an AI Enablement Architect/Agentic AI Coach to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI agent use cases. The role combines hands-on agent development with business-user coaching, governance guidance, and reusable tooling to drive scalable AI enablement.

The consultant will collaborate with business teams to transform operational challenges into AI pilot initiatives, while contributing standards and playbooks for broader adoption.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience delivering AI agent use cases and pilots.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop agents/copilots in real environments.
  • Proficient in prompt design and knowledge grounding.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to AI readiness and opportunity assessment.
  • Prioritise the AI-agent use-case backlog with stakeholders.
  • Define use-case definitions and value hypotheses.
  • Design agent concepts, workflows, and prototypes.
  • Produce prompt and agent-design documentation for reuse.
  • Develop test scenarios and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide coaching sessions and learning materials.
  • Establish responsible AI guardrails for pilots.
  • Create reusable templates and playbooks.
  • Summarise lessons from initial pilots and scale recommendations.

We are seeking an AI Enablement architect / Agentic AI Coach to support the identification, design, development, testing, and deployment of AI agent use cases. This role combines hands-on agent development with business-user coaching, use-case facilitation, responsible AI guidance, and knowledge transfer. The consultant will work closely with business teams to transform operational challenges into controlled AI pilot initiatives while contributing reusable tools, standards, and recommendations to support broader AI adoption.
