Job summary

Stelfox Limited seeks an Agile Scrum Coach for a daily rate, hybrid role in Dublin. The candidate will coach Scrum teams, own sprint metrics, and lead PI planning and capacity planning across multiple projects in a financial services context.

Strong experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, and MS Office tools is essential. Certified Scrum Master and knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs are required. This is a long-term rolling contract with an on-site obligation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Coach / RTE / Lead Scrum Master managing multiple projects/teams in a technical environment.
• Proficient with JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence; able to coach across ceremonies and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Coach scrum teams on ceremonies and artefacts to improve delivery.
• Own sprint/quarter metrics (Daily Radiator, sprint reviews, capacity planning, PI planning).
• Train/coach teams on ceremonies; drive out results and address challenges.
• Coordinate Scrum of Scrums with global teams; report progress to stakeholders.

Agile Scrum Coach - Daily Rate Contract - Hybrid-Working Model (3 Days' On-Site)

This is a long-term rolling contract position.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Scrum Coach / RTE / Lead Scrum Master successfully managing multiple projects/teams in a technical environment
• Experience with recognized Scrum workflow tools (JIRA) and other tools – SharePoint and Confluence
• Extensive experience required to own sprint / quarter on quarter metrics - Daily Radiator / sprint reviews / capacity planning / quarterly program increment (PI) planning
• Ability to train/coach scrum team members on typical ceremonies and artifacts
• Certified Scrum Master
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLCs
• Strong MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in an environment with multiple and changing demands
• Communicates effectively across project teams and ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to stakeholders, management and documented appropriately
• Must be able to drive out results and address challenges
• Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects in the financial industry
• Knowledge of SharePoint

• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with a minimum degree of supervision
• Must have strong technical aptitude, communication and problem solving skills
• Experience with managing Scrum of Scrums with global teams
