Job summary

eir business talent is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a day-rate contract in Dublin 2. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite per week, and involves coordinating cross-functional teams in a major Salesforce transformation project.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor progress, and report delivery metrics to governance forums, while working with Product Owners, QA, Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure programme alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience delivering Agile projects and transformation programmes.

eir business talent are currently seeking applicants for a Scrum Master. This is a day rate contract position located with our client in Dublin 2. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite per week.

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a major transformation programme that is entering its final phase of delivery. This role will be instrumental in maintaining delivery momentum, supporting release activities, and ensuring successful programme completion. Working within an established Agile environment, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architects, QA teams and business stakeholders to drive planning, governance, reporting and cross-functional coordination across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Support delivery of a large-scale Salesforce implementation programme.
• Track and manage sprint progress, delivery milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide delivery reporting, forecasts, risks and dependency updates to programme governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams and Delivery Leads to ensure effective cross-team coordination and programme alignment.
• Support release planning, CAB (Change Advisory Board) activities and go-live readiness reviews.
• Maintain governance artefacts, delivery metrics, RAID logs and sprint reporting.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
• Monitor programme health and proactively drive risk mitigation activities.
• Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business readiness, deployment and transition to service activities.

Required Experience

• 5+ years’ experience working as a Scrum Master within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering Agile projects and transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementation, CRM transformation or enterprise application delivery programmes.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, reporting and governance requirements.
• Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating release management and go-live activities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification is essential.
• Agile, SAFe or related delivery certifications would be advantageous.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within large multinational organisations.
• Experience working on a Salesforce transformation project.
• Exposure to enterprise-wide business transformation programmes.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery tools.
• Experience operating within regulated environments.
