Job summary
Elwood Roberts - Your Trusted Recruitment Partner in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to enable effective delivery across Agile teams within a digital transformation environment. You will embed quickly into an established team, bring structure and momentum to delivery, and operate confidently in an evolving environment where requirements continue to emerge.
We are looking for 3+ years' experience in Delivery Management in Ireland or UK, with strong Agile delivery experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in Delivery Management in Ireland or UK.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with delivery tools like Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
- Define delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics and insights.
- Manage delivery risks/dependencies and escalate as needed.
- Act as key point of contact for delivery-related stakeholder queries.
- Be comfortable with urgency/ad-hoc task volume or onsite commitment.
