Job summary

Canada Life Assurance Europe plc is seeking an Agile Project Manager to drive technology and digital initiatives within a cross-functional Agile team. The role blends Scrum Master duties with delivery accountability to ensure value is delivered predictably and efficiently.

You will work with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineers to remove blockers, enable continuous improvement, and deliver initiatives in a transparent manner.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ IT delivery experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience working with Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized initiatives.
• Provide transparent reporting and metrics to stakeholders and PMO.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, business and technical teams to ensure delivery outcomes.
