Job summary

nineDots.io is seeking a Delivery Manager to bring structure and momentum to how work gets delivered across its Agile teams in Ireland. The role blends delivery leadership with hands-on collaboration in a hybrid setup, requiring strong communication with stakeholders and technical teams.

You'll guide plans, milestones and outcomes, run sprint ceremonies, and navigate risks and blockers while priorities shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Delivery Management or similar roles.
• Hands-on in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong Scrum and Kanban knowledge.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives with evolving requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros.
• Manage risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Collaborate with technical teams as requirements evolve.
• Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations.
• Use delivery metrics to improve team performance.
• Support teams through wider transformation.
