Job summary

CR2 HPS Group seeks a Senior Scrum Master to empower multiple distributed Scrum teams within CR2’s Development Department. You will champion Agile, coach teams to high performance, and ensure effective delivery of high-value software increments across CR2’s digital banking and payment solutions.

The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid model requiring three days on-site weekly. You will guide ceremonies, enable teams, and engage stakeholders while driving continuous improvement, metrics, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Experience in at least two organisations.
• Proven track record of transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile.
• Experience with distributed teams and Agile at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile reporting tools.
• Agile certifications: PSM II, A-CSM, or equivalent.
• Experience in digital banking or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile.
• Foster team autonomy and servant leadership.
• Remove impediments and create a safe, collaborative environment.
• Engage stakeholders and support product owners in backlog refinement.
• Establish and track Agile metrics to monitor progress.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across the department.
