Job summary

Sabeo seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager to support technology and digital initiatives within a cross-functional environment. The role blends Scrum Master duties with project delivery accountability, ensuring teams deliver value in a predictable, transparent and efficient way.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams to drive delivery outcomes, remove blockers and continuously improve team performance.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of IT/PM delivery experience with a track record of delivering technology projects.
• Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban delivery teams in a cross-functional setting.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholders at technical and non-technical levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience coordinating with Product Owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support sprint goals and maintain sustainable delivery pace.
• Track progress with Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown and backlog status.
• Contribute to release planning, forecasting and capacity planning.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate incident management and drive continuous delivery improvements.
