Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Dublin to bridge production code, enterprise architecture, and strategic customer impact. You will design, build, and deploy AI agent architectures and data integrations using Agentforce and Salesforce Data 360, working with a Deployment Strategist in a fast-paced, customer-facing pod.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in full-stack, data, or cloud architecture environments.
• Customer-Facing Delivery: Experience in professional services, technical consulting, or forward deployed engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented or modern scripting language (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Apex) and strong API design experience.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and evaluation metrics.
• Data modeling, SQL, and modern cloud data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Agentic Development: write, test, and ship production-grade code to build intelligent agents and execution frameworks using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Apex.
• Enterprise Integration & Data Engineering: model and connect enterprise data sources across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer CDPs.
• System Observability & Performance: build evaluation frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs for production reliability and safety.
• Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: transform complex customer requirements into live MVPs within days or weeks.
• Product Feedback Loop: surface blockers and API gaps to refine the Agentforce platform roadmap.
• Technical Advisory: co-lead architecture reviews with customer CTOs and Enterprise Architects.
