Sherpa Kids is seeking a Programme Lead in Ireland to oversee before/after school and holiday clubs at partner schools. The role requires leading a team, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for school-aged children.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience with children, Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification or equivalent, and strong English skills. Garda vetting and two written references are required before starting.

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed after interview).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the programme team on-site at schools.

Job Description

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

Own carrequiredfor programme lead

Maintain the day-to-day activities

Interacting with the children, theirfamiliesand other staff members each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)

Proficiencyin technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of child development
