Sherpa Kids is seeking a Programme Lead in Ireland to manage and lead a team for Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs. The role operates on-site at schools, delivering structured activities and engaging programs for school-aged children.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with children, a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification, and strong English skills. A company car is required for this position.

Job Description

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

Own carrequiredfor programme lead

Maintain the day-to-day activities

Interacting with the children, theirfamiliesand other staff members each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)

Proficiencyin technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Qualifications

Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)

Childcare qualificationFetacLevel 5 of equivalent

Basic knowledge of child development

Proficiencyin English, both verbal and written

Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).

At least 2 written references checks arerequiredbefore starting

Additional Information

Own car essential.

Monday-Friday 8-9am and 2-6pm
