Job summary

Sherpa Kids is recruiting a Programme Lead in Ireland (County Dublin) to support Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs at partner schools. The role requires leading a team, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining engagement with children, families, and staff. A car is required for the role.

The position is part-time with an hourly compensation up to €16.80. Garda vetting and references are required, and proficiency in English is essential. Irish language helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Willing to learn basic Irish to support communication within the service.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Job Description

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
