Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. With a presence in approximately 265 schools worldwide, including 60 local services in Ireland now - and growing since 2014, we strive to make a difference in the lives of over 9,000 children daily.

Programme Lead role in Ireland involves leading a team, coordinating on-site activities at schools, and engaging with children and families.

Formación

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team within the programme
• Own car required for programme lead
• Maintain the day-to-day activities
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred (minimum 2 years)
• Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Job Description

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

RTS:08:00-09:20am

SAP: 14:45-18:00pm
