Job summary

Sherpa Kids is hiring a Programme Lead in Ireland to manage a team delivering before/after school and holiday clubs at partner schools. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate with staff, and ensure safe, engaging activities for primary school children.

The role requires a childcare qualification, experience with school-aged children, fluent English, and reliable transport; Garda vetting and references are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in childcare or educational settings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with school-aged children activities and routines.
• Proficient with basic office software (Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Relevant childcare qualification and safeguarding knowledge.
• Ability to obtain Garda vetting and references as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a programme team.

• Interact with the children, their families and other staff daily.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Job Description

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

Own carrequiredfor programme lead

Maintain the day-to-day activities

Interacting with the children, theirfamiliesand other staff members each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)

Proficiencyin technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
