Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to manage and lead a small team on-site at partner schools. The role involves day-to-day activity planning, engaging with children and families, and maintaining a safe, energetic environment.

Requirements include a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification, 1–2+ years with school-aged children, English proficiency, Garda vetting, own car and a valid Work Permit/Visa. Monday–Friday 8:00–9:10 and 13:40–18:00.

• Experience with school-aged children (2+ years).
• Garda vetting is essential and completed after interview.
• Own car is required.
• Work Permit/VISA essential.

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

Own car required for programme lead

Maintain the day-to-day activities

Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)

Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)

Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 of equivalent

Basic knowledge of child development

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).

Work Permit/ VISA essential

At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Monday to Friday 8-9.10am and 1.40-6pm
