Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a part-time team member for after-school care at on-site school locations in Leinster. You will supervise children, help with homework and lead engaging activities after school hours.

We require experience with school-aged children, strong English skills, Garda vetting (handled after interview) and at least two written references. Work hours are 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year)
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed after interview)
• At least 2 written references required before starting

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engage in planned activities indoors and outdoors
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to working with children
• Assist with games, crafts and group activities
• Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive environment
