Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a dedicated Floater to support Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs across multiple schools. You will supervise children, assist with homework, and lead engaging activities in a safe, inclusive environment.

The role requires experience with school-aged children, Garda vetting, and two written references. This part-time position offers flexible hours and meaningful family-focused work in local communities.

Formación

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in a variety of planned activities (indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.
