Job summary

Sherpa Kids is a global childcare provider offering Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs across Ireland. The role is based in Donacarney and requires supervision, homework assistance, and engaging activities for school-aged children.

Qualifications

• Experience with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Garda vetting is essential (we handle after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in a variety of planned activities (indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.
