Job summary

Sherpa Kids is seeking a part-time supervisor to support Before School, After School, and Holiday Club programs in Ireland. You will supervise children during activities, assist with homework, and lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities with high energy and enthusiasm.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience with school-aged children, basic knowledge of child development, and strong English skills. Garda vetting and two written references are required before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
