We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to strengthen data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing performance within a fast-growing international technology environment. In this role, you will analyze large volumes of marketing data to identify growth opportunities, improve traffic acquisition strategies, and maximize business performance. You will develop and test analytical hypotheses, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic marketing decisions. Working closely with marketing leaders, data engineers, and web analytics specialists, you will build reporting solutions and improve data collection and processing workflows. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, from initial visits and clicks to registrations and deposits. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of impactful analytical projects in a collaborative, fully remote environment that values innovation and continuous development.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, formulate, and test data-driven hypotheses to optimize traffic acquisition strategies, improve marketing efficiency, and support sustainable business growth.
  • Design, build, and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and reporting tools from initial concept through to implementation, providing marketing leaders with reliable insights for fast and informed decision-making.
  • Analyze data from tracking platforms and multiple internal and external sources to evaluate marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor and investigate user behavior throughout the entire acquisition funnel, from website visits and clicks to registrations and deposits.
  • Evaluate traffic acquisition performance and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve marketing investment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing stakeholders and department leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers and web analytics specialists to optimize marketing data collection, integration, and processing across different sources.
  • Contribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of data pipelines to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that communicate key marketing performance indicators effectively.
  • Ensure that analytical processes, methodologies, and project documentation within the assigned area remain accurate, structured, and up to date.
  • Continuously explore new analytical approaches and tools to improve reporting capabilities and support the evolution of marketing analytics.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, particularly in traffic acquisition analysis, marketing planning, and the development of marketing strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently extract, transform, process, and analyze complex datasets.
  • Strong understanding of traffic acquisition models, digital marketing channels, and the methodologies used to evaluate campaign and traffic performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistics and practical experience applying statistical methods to marketing analysis, performance measurement, and hypothesis testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, including the ability to create clear, informative, and actionable data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, interpret complex information, and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Understanding of marketing performance indicators and customer acquisition funnels, including visits, clicks, registrations, and deposits.
  • Ability to work with data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in analytical outputs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with marketing stakeholders, data engineers, and web analytics teams.
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage analytical projects independently.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in improving business performance through data.
Additional advantages:
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry, which would facilitate understanding of the business environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and dbt.
  • Basic knowledge of Git and version control principles.
