Moog in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain, operations, and program initiatives. You will ensure delivery of customer commitments while driving business growth and operational performance.

You will partner with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to implement programs, forecast demand, and optimize service delivery in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account management, supply chain, operations, logistics or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and align internal resources.
• Support planning, logistics, inventory, and operational initiatives to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering and Commercial teams.
• Track performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to management and customers.
