Job summary

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a vibrant Dublin nursing home. You will lead a dedicated team, uphold HIQA standards, and promote person-centered care, ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality.

The role requires active NMBI registration and a Level 6 managerial qualification, with at least 3 years post-registration experience in older persons’ care. Strong communication and IT familiarity (NHSS/Fair Deal) are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NMBI registration and a recognized managerial qualification (minimum Level 6).
• At least 3 years post-registration in older persons’ care or nursing home settings, with understanding of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team and ensure compliance with standards of excellence.
• Foster a caring environment and uphold residents' rights and dignity.
• Support Assisted Decision-Making processes for residents.
