Cpl Healthcare in Ireland is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a leading South Dublin care group. You will support the Director of Nursing and lead clinical governance, ensuring person-centred care, compliance, and staff development across the home.

The successful candidate will have NMBI registration, extensive post-registration nursing experience (including older person care) and previous management experience, with opportunities for career progression

Formación

• Must hold NMBI registration as a General Nurse.
• Minimum 6 years post-registration nursing experience.
• At least 3 years in Older Person Care in the last 6 years.
• Previous management or supervisory experience desirable.
• Post-registration qualification in Dementia Care advantageous.
• Post-registration qualification in Management essential.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
